In 2003, the initiative started off the ground with the acquisition of a 850 decare municipal real property as the undertaking of Sienit Invest OOD, Plovdiv, the latter acting a foremost player in the property development sector over the region and the state. The management structure devised by the entrepreneurs has laid on best competitive provisions to comfortably suit the investors’ demands, in particular, having a one-point and expedient run of turnkey procedures to facilitate clients’ production, storage, and commercial business all the stages down the investment course, thus modeling a most effective and efficient business pattern.
On present form, the occupancy rate of the area adds up to 85%. There, the facility bases are to be found of numerous major industrial investors in the logistics and production sector in Bulgaria, such as Kafuland Bulgaria, АBB Bulgaria Ixetic, Zobele, Fine Jarsey, Brunata and many further down the road. Coming into the success equation of the zone were the excellent transport utilities approaching the nearby Trakya high way and its links to Sofia, Bourgass, Near East, plus, the proximity to Plovidv (15 кm) and Rakovski town, which had to do with the provision of a labor resource.
